Strategic remodeling and rehabilitation enabled the reuse of this turn-of-the-century National Historic Landmark as an arts center in this central Seattle neighborhood. The improvements included a new single point of entry for the two disparate building wings, a new elevator and a cohesive, ADA compliant circulation to the entire facility.
