This project included significant tenant and site improvements for the relocation of UFCW Local 21 to their new offices in an existing three-story building in the SoDo District of Seattle. All open offices, private offices and meeting spaces are organized along a meandering internal network of ‘streets’ defined by marmoleum flooring and custom fir casework.
